What is bracket for behind motor.

What goes on the 2 hole bracket is picture on cross tube, left in picture to drive shaft tube.

 

It's in my way if I don't need it.

 

Hate to cut it off then realize it was a handy mount.

Not 100% but I think it's where the lower bolts for the bracket that holds the overflow bottle go.

Sorry Jay, nope its for the coils to mount to The coils have a separate bracket that then bolts to the bracket Gary shows. Best keep it there Gary

If it is for coil mounts, then it is gonna be gone. Not using conventional coils.

Trike is sleeping next door still but I'm pretty sure Larry is right. If you are using a different coil pack then yes make all gone with it. There is also a relay device that clips onto the coil pack frame but you're a smart fellow, I'm sure you can come up with an alternative...
