Ground is white outside here too but not that much snow. More like a dusting to cover the grass, but flurries still falling so that could change.

Like Eddie says enjoy it while its there.:stirthepot:

You know it takes me a whole day to get out of Florida when I go on road trips, but this is the reason it does. Temps this morning is 84, party cloudy. The coldest if has gotten here this year, was 53. and if I wanted to I can ride year round.

Yep I lived up there, in the North Country 20 years ago. It was the biggest reason I left.....

I watch as the Couch potato syndrome settles in with everyone, and I wonder why you just don't pack up and move !!!!!

Really, Its that easy !!!!!:draming::Venture::scubadive::confused24:

We had a massive snowstorm late last week here and it closed all traffic in and out of this area. We have had record snowfall here this winter and with this latest snow are fully expecting major flooding as this is going to melt pretty quickly. I hope everyone downstream in North Dakota is prepping for flooding too, as its all headed their way soon. Ive lived here all my life and have never seen a winter snow accumulation like this current winter.

THis pic was taken late last week on the rail line northwest of Regina close to Craik SK.

Most years I am riding already and am having temps averaging 40-50f.

I would leave Michigan in a heartbeat, but the wife.....not so much. So does not want to leave her family. I do not know why, they would leave her. Once the parents are gone on both sides, I am going to push to get out.

Sorry to see y'all getting so much snow ... we've had a lot of rain but it finally stopped and we got a couple nice days of riding weather in this past weekend. PMS cured for a while at least! Forecast is for more nice weather and hopefully into the Easter weekend.

Similar situation here. I want to move to a warmer & drier climate when we retire. Wife wants to stay close to her kids ... I say to her that sooner or later, they will move off in different directions ... they're not going to stay here just to be close to mama. They'll go off and live their own lives, time you did too.

As it is, one of the girls already has ... she's in Australia LOL

Just think of it as white grass. :whistling: That cold is just your imagination. Try thinking tropical breeze's.
