Guest BmillerRoyaleBobber Posted March 24, 2013 #1 Posted March 24, 2013 My oil light is on. The oil level is good. How do you check oil psi on a 83 venture royale to insure oil pump is working properly? It looks like a oil light but here is a pic Just to make sure! It's the left side icon second one down.
timgray Posted March 24, 2013 #2 Posted March 24, 2013 That is the brake fluid low indicator. I recommend a flush and fill if you haven't done it in the past 4 years. I went as far as flushing 2 bottles through until it comes out clear and clean, and then re did it again 3 months later. Brake fluid needs to be changed every few years.

Front OR rear brake reservoir low. Bullet connectors right frame to isolate rear master for testing. Rear fill plug known to be stuck to the point it breaks the reservoir if wrenched to hard. If does not open easy-STOP and remove reservoir out to where you can work on it.
