rsv rear suspension links,leveling links

Hello, does any one what the length of the factory leveling links are on the rear of the rsv? thank you.

Over all 8 1/16

 

center hole to center hole 6 15/16

 

hole size 31/64

 

A 1/4 " shorter will raise the bike about 1"

can you make them 1/2" shorter or is there a maximum...... next week I may need this info myself!

Mine are 1/8" shorter, and works for me.

 

Doubt there is a maximum but think anything more than 1/4" may affect alignment and put more stress on other components (bearings, gears, etc..) affect it's life.

Thank you for the info. I can now confirm that I do have the lowering kit in the rear.the caliper bracket is the same as the one barrons sells. noe time to remove it im tired of dragging my pipes. thanks again
