I've had this really comfy recliner for 26 years. I tell ya, it's seen a lot () but still in fairly good condition.

 

So we decided to go and buy a new one ......

 

Came home with a new leather recliner, new leather couch, new microwave/convection oven and......... a new 55" LCD TV

Took the Merc to a car show in Sidney. Janet came along. Next day I had to take the truck back to pick up the couch, love seat,armchair,coffee table, end tables, lamps and cushions she had bought while the show was on. Last time I took her to a car show.

I took mine to a nice upholsterer who revamped the cushions and recovered it... it's actually wonderful once again and more comfortable... the best I could have hoped for.

heh ... it's one of thse so-called "Smart" TVs .. danged thing ain't so smart ... it doesn't seem to know how to produce the money to pay for itself!

I took mine to a nice upholsterer who revamped the cushions and recovered it... it's actually wonderful once again and more comfortable... the best I could have hoped for.

 

We considered that for the couch ... decided against it although it is a Sklar Peppler brand so generally worth the bucks to do so. The daughters have wanted it since forever so one of them will get it.
