Pop up survey

When I came on, I just got a survey asking a few simple questions about this site. If I responded, I was eligible to win one of two cell phones or a $1,000 Walmart gift card. I started to respond until I read the fine print. Has anyone else seen this?

You have some type of Malware or something on your computer. There are no surveys or anything of that nature associated with this site.
