Steve S Posted February 4, 2008 #1 Posted February 4, 2008 Well it's been 4 1/2 weeks since my surgery to stop the bleeding and remove the excess blood from my brain. I am still doing great. No symptoms of any kind. I was expecting some dizziness but it never came to be. Of course I have been doing exactly what the doctor instructed which is absolutely NOTHING. (Of course I did take the Nomad down the street a couple of times just to get it warmed up). I go back to the doctor tomorrow and hopefully he will let me start driving a little. I am getting VERY bored and hate depending on others for transportation. But I will follow whatever instructions he has. He was gracious enough to save my life, so I should honor him by behaving:innocent:. Thanks again to everyone for thier thoughts and prayers. Hope to be riding and see you soon.

Sweetnothing Posted February 5, 2008 #11 Posted February 5, 2008 Steve, Glad the doc seems to think you are doing good! Keep up the good work! And that means listen to him, thats what you are paying him for right now! I also didn't see the post on the accident, but then that was about the time we had ours, so I wasn't too close to a computer! Sorry I missed it! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a complete recovery!
