Not what you think. My kids are all grown up. And aside from the fact that I will be a grandpa for the first time in April, That is also not what this is about.

 

This morning, my middle son is beginning his MSF course. I wasn't sure how I was going to handle this, but I am very happy. He is at a point in his life where speed is no longer a necessity. And I am looking forward to riding with him. Although he is looking at buying a BMW F800R. Not a crotch rocket, but not a cruiser either. I think I will feel a lot better being there watching him ride by my side until I feel he has a clue, instead of worrying about him when he is out by him self. And he said he will definitely stay off the freeways for a while.

So, one more of us has been born.

my oldest wants to ride he will be looking at getting a cruiser even after my accident in nov and brakinng my leg he is not deterd from riding he understands that even at 20mph alot can go wrong he wants to take the MSF course when im healed and wants me to take it with him he is 21 with a good head on his shoulders

What is a "MSF" course?

 

Motorcycle Safety Foundation course.

B2MOM it is a ride safe program nationaly recognized and is taught by a harrison county sherrifs deputy who teaches all of our local and county leo in the motorunits here in the coastal counties he also teaches the MS Hwy patrol refresher courses.
