Yeah, he disappeared several weeks ago. Not sure what happened, he just seemed to have faded away...

 

Well, I certainly hope that he only got tired of us, as opposed to having something bad happen....like a bike wreck...

 

Maybe if he is out there in the ether reading this, he might give us a sign?

well i got my fjr diff from Germany yesterday all up cost $170 AU and the tube did not come with it .so i took the gears out of the fjr housing and put them in the venture housing saved drilling out the spedo hole just had a test run works well with the sidecar heaps of power. with the original diff garmin gps 100ks spedo reads 107ks with fjr gears gps 100ks spedo 108ks so no real difference [yes i know the spedo needle is wide and not that accurate but it is slightly different]

 

total swap took about 5 hours. luckily i have a friend who works on bmw bikes and the spanner for the bmw pinion fits the yamaha
