sleadhed Posted January 29, 2013 #1 Posted January 29, 2013 Looking for the star accessory part #'s for the visors, H/L T/S and driving light visors. It seems that my lovely wife has determined that the star accessory catalog that I used to have served a better purpose in the recycle bin. She claims she was being responsable and recycling to be green. I think she is a chrome rasist. Cruser customising has the H/L visor but not the T/S and Driving light visors. I would like to find the Star visors with the Star emblem etched on the top. Thanks

krispy Posted January 29, 2013 #3 Posted January 29, 2013 According to my not-so-recent, but also not re-cycled Star catalog, here are the part numbers: Headlight visor: STR-4NK58-10-00 Passing light visors: STR-4NK58-20-00 Turn signal visors: STR-4NK58-30-00

Print off the price then go to the dealer and see if they will match the price.
ragtop69gs Posted January 29, 2013 #5 Posted January 29, 2013 I posted links to ebay sales of these parts in your other thread on this .
TDbiker Posted January 29, 2013 #6 Posted January 29, 2013 I believe I have a pair of driving light visors that I'm not using. I'll have to check for sure when I get home this evening. I'd be willing to let them go cheap. PM me if interested.
Semi-retired Posted June 16, 2013 #7 Posted June 16, 2013 Is this as good a deal as any?: http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/star-yamaha-accessories-headlight-visor-royal-star-v-star-6501100-classicsilverado-99-09-road-starsilverado-models/part/STR-4NK58-10-00 Are there bad ones and good ones? (i.e. crappy chrome?) Any recent research (or links to existing "best deals/value") greatly appreciated.

Even though the picture shows all the different parts, I believe this price is just for the headlight.

Thanks for the heads up. Nothing like a little "truth in advertising....eh?" I guess what I have to do is find someone with the best TOTAL pricing on the "set" I want (headlight and signal lights) and possibly FREE or at least COMBINED shipping. Happy Father's Day, everybody! Hope y'all got lots of chrome! Mike

Good luck, Glenn I notice that page is a Tour Deluxe listing, Glenn. Are the specs the same for IT as they are for the Venture?
TDbiker Posted June 18, 2013 #13 Posted June 18, 2013 Sorry, I didn't realize I'd gone to the RSTD page. Here's the link to the Venture page: http://www.accessories4bikes.com/royal-star-venture-c-36_332_53.html?page=6&sort=7a But to answer your question, all the visors (headlight, passing lamps & turn signals) have the same part number regardless of the bike. Good luck, Glenn
Pegasus1300 Posted June 18, 2013 #14 Posted June 18, 2013 The headlight visor will not fit on the 05-09 RSTD because the headlight has a kind of built in visor.

Good luck, Glenn Ah, so. Got it now. Thanks, Glenn. All I have to do now is get in touch with Squidley to see if he remembers the size of the passing lights he put on my Midnight back in Marine City. (You readin this Brad? If you don't recall.....and why would you after the hundreds of guys bikes you so GENEROUSLY work on.....can I post a pic for you? I'm just a little dubious about putting a tape-rule on these things and ending up with the correct measurements.) And......on second thought, maybe the whole passing light size question is moot, anyway. Reason: I plan on only having three visors on the front. Maybe the two little ones should be on the signal lights? Does anyone do all FIVE? Seems like overkill. So, if only three, is it head and pass......or head and signal. (Haven't really paid much attention to what anyone else is doing. Call me INATTENTIVE!! Just don't call me late for supper!)
