Those are Venture heads on motor and I don't think the carb rack has a v-boost on it.

 

VMax heads have a different 'freeze' plug cover than the Venture's, fairly easy to spot.

 

Nice sidecar though.

Plus didn't the V-Max use the 1200cc motor, not the 1300 as claimed in the ad? Altho I'd go for it, nice matching paintjob on the hack.
