Question: Jardine Mufflers

Can anybody give me some idea of what the jardine muf's sound like on a 1st Gen ??

I didn't find one for the Venture, but here's a comparitive on a VT1100.

They make a nice mellow throaty thumping sound at idle. Jump on the throttle and wind it out and just sounds great. Not too loud. They were on my bike when I bought it and I really like them. They look great too, stick out a little past the chrome bumper on the rear.

I put Jardines on my 83 about ten years ago and they still look good and sound good. I believe mine are a bit louder than they were new, but they still sound good. I think mine sound a little like a small block Chevy with the old turbo or glasspack type mufflers when I crank it on.
