I bought mine for $1000 used and I figured it was a steal. I did have to have the cross braces narrowed to fit the engine rails on my bus. (Used Greyhound) That was another $500. Still a steal. Be aware the new cost does not include installation. Therefore $3000 would not be total cost. I was quoted $3900 for a new lift and "about" $3500 for installation. My advice, for $650 grab it. One more thing, it works great.
