mini-muffin Posted December 26, 2012 #5 Posted December 26, 2012 This probably won't work due to the fact it probably works like gov't (yeah I know they don't work). You would need to have a commitee and then discuss and/or debate said topic. Then would come the arguing and back room deals. Then they say they might have reached a deal then no deal, then maybe. By the time it got decided winter would be over in these parts and summer over down under. Of course it wouldn't be able to be done in the reverse at that point because that wasn't discussed originally. So looks like we are all stuck with the weather we have. Sorry Tom. Margaret

Eck Posted December 28, 2012 #14 Posted December 28, 2012 Annie, My son (Jason) lives in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia and he was telling me that he and his wife spend the day on the beach..He said that they both look like hot cherries and are sick from the sunburns they got. I told him that after 38 years he should have known better and but that it has to be his moms side coming out in him. My wife and I were talking yesterday about going over to Australia to see him next year for Christmas, but at this time, I of course wont know for sure if we can even do it.

I have a married son and a married daughter living in Adelaide. In fact my pillion-in-a-million is there now visiting. Give me the name of Jason's suburb and I'll figure how close he is. Ya never know, I might get to have a beer with him when I'm there next.
