I'm at a hotel right now with a terrible connection and when I clicked on it, I got a white box until it finally connected and then it opened fine. I left the white box untouched for at least a half hour and nothing happened. When Firefox looked like it wasn't going to work, I closed it and opened IE and the same thing happened.
