dueyk1111 Posted December 8, 2012 Author #19 Posted December 8, 2012 haqppened at 11;30 sunday afternoon! been real happy with ins. comp. THANKS for all your prayers and good wish"s. MOST of all ,THANKS to the man upstairs who want"s me around for a while yet!!!:cool10:
KIC Posted December 8, 2012 #20 Posted December 8, 2012 Glad you are doing well. Heal fast, but follow doctor's orders and don't over do it too fast. Tell friends and family your throat hurts too so they'll bring you ice cream and you can make Big Tom jealous at the same time.
Dano Posted December 9, 2012 #21 Posted December 9, 2012 Glad you made it thru OK, I did the same to a 250-300 lb. 8 point buck last year and it put me in the hospital for a month! No permanent damage (except the tiredness) but I had to get another 08 Venture! Tore the old one up good!
Dragonslayer Posted December 9, 2012 #22 Posted December 9, 2012 I find it best to use the Venture as a dead deer transport than a hunting weapon. I'm just saying.
guns_usn_20 Posted December 9, 2012 #23 Posted December 9, 2012 I'm glad you are OK. Best wishes in the healing process. Take care Jim
Phoneman1981 Posted December 9, 2012 #24 Posted December 9, 2012 Glad to hear you are resonably ok. It can happen to any of us. Heal quick and get back on.
star4772 Posted December 9, 2012 #25 Posted December 9, 2012 Glad you're here to tell us all about it. That's what really counts. Hope all goes well with the healing process. Joe
