The Hybrid, aka Sylvester, had over 30 parts powder coated this weekend.

Have the floor boards partially installed.

That shifter is going to get a modification, probably more drastic than just removing the heel portion. It just looks way to big. One picture shows it on bike, but without linkages attached.

Rear brake has a slight interference with the revised motor mounts. I am going to have to shim the right floor board out about 1/4".

Did the handle bar inserts in Tweety color.

I have a headlight & mounts coming this week that are definitely going to make front end look different. I found a set of HID dual projector lights.

Some pictures of the Hybrid as it progresses.

Heel toe shifter replaced with a 1st gen pedal.

Head light is dual projector units with HID unit on high beam.

2nd gen master cylinders may not work on the 1st gen bars due to angle of reservoir body, 1st gens are angled so top is parallel to ground. 2nd gens are at a quite an angle. I can install 1st gen masters if 2nd gens don't work out.

Front shock spring adjustable pre-load spacers installed.

1st gen rear rotor, 320mm floating, mated to 2nd gen caliper.

Front end is entirely 1st gen, except calipers, these are from YZF750 Yamaha 1997. 6 piston units.

Looking Sporty. Somewhere months back I saw an RSV the guy either mounted up a V-Max motor or took the faux fins off or something, but it looked like your motor. And the bike with the paint he had and all looked pretty dang nice. Clean with some blacked out stuff not all glitzy and chrome everything. Was sharp sort of like the CVO or Victory with the blacked out fins etc.

Hey Gary.

Ran across this pic the other day and thought of you.
