Well I just got back from the Eye Doctor and it isn't healing as well from my accident. getting some blank spots and double vision at times. Figured I better sell whats left of the bike. Maybe in a year or so I will get another if my eyesight comes back better. Will still keep in touch with y'all and will post some pictures of it when I get back to the house. Squidley was going to sell me most of the parts needed to put her back together.

Are you having issues with both eyes or one? I have put about 7,000 miles on my 1st gen with one eye this past year. Since I have some slight image that is very distorted in my right eye, I usually wear a patch on it.

Sorry to hear this, but you need to do whats right for you. Stay in touch and come on up for the SE Texas maint. Day April 13th. We always need instruction and someone to keep everyone else in line.

Hang in there brother. I know what you are going through. I went through the eye thing in 2010. Lost the vision in the left eye went through some surgeries then lost it in my right eye. All said and done I had 15 different surgeries and they cut the eyes open and went inside 9 different times. But here is the point to my story.I now have 20/30 vision for distance and 20/50 for reading so I wear readers when I read. If you go to the right specialist do what they say you can get this problem corrected. Good luck and hang in there.
