SilvrT Posted October 16, 2012 #1 Posted October 16, 2012 Over the past weekend we received 6 times as much rain as we've had over the past 2 & 1/2 months!! Now, one might think that we got flooded and washed away but in the past 2 & 1/2 month's we've maybe recorded an inch of rain. No wonder I spent the weekend "tinkering". http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=73903
LilBeaver Posted October 16, 2012 #2 Posted October 16, 2012 Just do me a favor and get all of that rain taken care of before 29/Oct, okay?

LilBeaver Posted October 17, 2012 #4 Posted October 17, 2012 Very tentative at this point but looking good. I will PM you with details when things get firmed up or time gets closer.
Sailor Posted October 17, 2012 #5 Posted October 17, 2012 Historically in this area November is the rainiest month.
ragtop69gs Posted October 17, 2012 #6 Posted October 17, 2012 Send some of it here! I haul pontoon boats and all the lakes around here are down 2-4 feet ! making it hard to get the boats out of the water. Speed boats stored on hoists are stranded because the hoist won't lower far enough to set the boat in the water. If this winter doesn't bring lots of snow fall to bring lake levels up there will be bigger problems next spring. Exposed seawalls with no water pressure against them will start failing, as the ground freezes and pushes out the bottoms.
