OrlinEngh Posted October 10, 2012 #1 Posted October 10, 2012 (edited) I have been asked if I was going to host another Mat, Day and I said that I would and after talking to Sharon we decided we would make this a annual event and put a name to it, I didnt want to use Wisconsin Mat, Day because it has been used by others and that way it still can be. Here is what I have came up with. Batter fried fish caught by Oscar and me, Burgers and Brats and some localy raised pork. Its still early for some to know if you can make it or not but would like to have a idea of how many are coming. Its on the calendar you can let me know on there. Thanks Orlin
