For those of you who are OK with the language and want to see it, just go to http://www.youtube.com and search for "downfall", including the quotation marks and it will come right up for you.

Actually, it might have been OK if I had just added a note to the top of the post about the language. Then those who didn't want to see it could have just refrained from clicking the start button.
