saddlebum Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 How do you know it works, 48 mpg, 0-60 in 3 seconds or just because the bars go up and down Brad PS Just joking He has a 2nd Gen so its pretty certian that he had to use the up and down bar method :rotfl:
bluerstd08 Posted August 22, 2012 Author Posted August 22, 2012 Well when i started the bars were staggered and and at idle its been running a little not right is how i put it. Fuel mileage has been dropping and yes I can tell a difference. 2 RSTDs in 3 years and over 60000+/- miles between them both I know when things don't sound the way they are supposed to. So yes it works. Didnt see the joking part. Sorry.

Fingers on my right hand have been getting numb lately and I used the carb tune I own and it was only slightly off but the numbness is less and the idle came up. Saddlebum - Forget it you just will never understand...... Just like Carl too old to teach.... Brad
hunter 1500 Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 You got a deal. Bought mine for $100 and hadn't used it yet. Was planning on using it after they did the valve adjustment. They adjusted the carbs for me when they did it so now I still have a brandy new one in the box.
chabicheka Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 Ebay! Been looking for months! If the time he put in, looking for a deal, is worth nothing, then for sure he got a good deal.
