And what states or municipalities here in the U.S have the budgets to be able to afford these machines. They must cost hundreds of thousands of $$$. I attend the GIE+Expo in Louisville every year (the largest outdoor power equipment trade show in the country), and these machines are not even on display.

Well, you gotta know, Cost of human Work is much more expensive per Hour in Germany, so investing in Technology which makes the Job easier, faster and more efficient in general gives a much better ROI than in other Countries, where Cost per Work Hour is not so expensive. Them respective Authorities here have a slim Budget too, but if it saves human Work Hours, every Investment calculates much easier and since they have the Carrier Vehicle (Unimog) in already in their Stable ...
