Fork wind deflectors

my 09 didnt have them when i got it,,can someone tell me or show me a pic where thay mount,,,some pic show mounting holes and some dont

mine is a 99 but i think the same as yours i took the clear ones of and stored them away and made these tinted ones using lexan i did the screen as well

Something about the rubber bumper things has been posted about they need to touch the forks or be pretty close or it will vibrate and crack them off. The 2 allen bolts that hold the lowers and passing lights on is a bit of a pain. There are a couple of spacers that go on between the lights and the lowers I think is where it goes. I just know there is a spacer somewhere in there to keep lights off fairing. I happened to have a ball allen that fits the bolts.

My 09 RSV came with wind deflectors already on it...I'd ask your dealer why yours didn't have them..

I think that the passing lights is an option. Most dealers add them as its apealing and I think the majority of us like them. Plus if its on when they show you the bike they can add $$ to price for "delaer installed" shop labor and all. VS you just ordering and taking it home and installing yourself.
