The guy has to have a hobby, maybe he knows about cars

I'm not talking farmers, they know there equipment inside and out. I'm talking about your average home owner. They come in for parts for there lawn tractor and all they know is it is a brand x. No year and no model number, witch is right on the side of the hood. they think all brand x are the same. Brand name withheld to protect my
