i got the same thing yesterday several pop ups for wal mart card and leather gear i had to run a full scan and found 3 trogens on my computer

Most malware now is "Script" based...

 

My only sure safety so far is to use FireFox with the add-on called "NoScript".

It takes a bit to setup & use, but after that it thwarts all the "Script" attempts from bad sites.
