pmelah Posted July 28, 2012 #3 Posted July 28, 2012 Hey Kieth they stated on the news that canadians are 40,000.00 a year richer than americans they always fail to mention yalls prices are always double what we pay
Trader Posted July 29, 2012 #4 Posted July 29, 2012 40,000 per year richer....lets see....I guess that means you folks must PAY about 15,000 per year for the privilege of going to work!
friesman Posted July 29, 2012 #5 Posted July 29, 2012 If you have another Yamaha dealer close by check on their pricing. Now I call around for pricing, I look up the number first so i dont waste too much time on the phone and call 3 dealers within a short drive from me. The dealer here in town is ALways 30-50% more than the other guys. Usually i get good price from the ooutta town guys, I just have them drop it on mail or on the bus and I have it in a day or so. shipping from close by isnt too badly priced. It seems to me the small town guys that sell the quads etc, look at the parts pricing differently than the bike guys

I just know something will happen....soon....really. http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2011/09/08/pol-canada-us-price-differences.html
Evan Posted August 20, 2012 #9 Posted August 20, 2012 These kind of price differences which don't seem to have much justification sure are frustrating for us Canadians. Similar price differences exist for motorcycle tires.
KeithR Posted August 20, 2012 Author #10 Posted August 20, 2012 I didn't know Jim was on the case...... I may of waited.......ya right!
chabicheka Posted August 21, 2012 #11 Posted August 21, 2012 That news is a year old...and i havent seen anything happen. i wouldnt hold my breath.
