Going to LaPorte to finish Pig Roaster

i kinda like the look of longer stacks myself, so i'll go along with blubber on this one. great job everyone looks great, too bad i'll have to wait till next year to help try it out.

Thumbs down on the stacks, They might create to much of a draft and draw the heat off making cooking time longer.......my 2 cents

 

Bubber how is it you can weld in shorts and a sleeveless shirt and shorts. Last time I tried that I had all these little red spots (burns) on my hide and still have the scars not to mention the sun burn from the flash:confused24:

By my count that makes it 3 no's to 1 yes.

Frank, it was all we could do to get him to wear a helmet.

But even that didn't help with his welding (and I use that term graciously). Good thing Gary had lots of paint.

From the condition of the weld that I started on the stack, I might just as well have had my eyes closed . Come to think about it, I did.....
