Changing Link from Visible URL to Name

I think this must have gotten lost in the crash of '06, or maybe deleted in the latest clean up. How do I change this, "http://www.venturerider.org" to this, "VentureRider"? Sorry to repeat this question. Thanks in advance.

In the row at the top of the posting text box is an icon that looks like the earth with an infinity symbol. (If you hover over it, it says "Insert Link") Highlight the text you want to make a URL and click on that icon. Insert url in the box and click ok.

 

If you want to insert a picture (from a URL) click on the icon of a picture of a mountain.
