SilvrT Posted July 13, 2012 #3 Posted July 13, 2012 hmmmmmm wonder if there's one for a Wing? Great idea!
star4772 Posted July 13, 2012 #4 Posted July 13, 2012 This one is for you to make and sell sweeeeeet. Joe
midnightrider1300 Posted July 14, 2012 Author #6 Posted July 14, 2012 I've seen a lot of ideas but this has to be one of the better ones I've seen ....just wish I had thought of it
pmelah Posted July 14, 2012 #7 Posted July 14, 2012 that is cool but what is the wheight rating and i dont think those casters would last long with the weight of our bikes you know those 2nd gens would wear them out from trying to get them to go faster :whistling::whistling:
midnightventure Posted July 14, 2012 #8 Posted July 14, 2012 I didn't see a Venture listed. I have a foot operated lift for my DR. The DR just ways about 360 lbs and I have to put all my 220 on the pedal to operate it. That Burgis lift would probaly have to be made a little different to lift an 860 lb bike.
pmelah Posted July 14, 2012 #9 Posted July 14, 2012 yea and out of 2" square tubing to boot but that would be a nice addition to the shop
Freebird Posted July 14, 2012 #10 Posted July 14, 2012 I agree that it is very cool. Nothing on their website about weight capacities and etc. but nothing but sport bikes listed under their adapters. I'm almost sure that it would not handle a big touring bike. To be honest though, at $575.00, I would prefer to have a decent table lift. $575.00 for this lift plus $90.00 for the wheel set plus $149.00 for the bike specific adapters. Add that up and you could have your choice of several nice table lifts. Still, it is a neat idea and I can see where it would be handy.

pmelah Posted July 14, 2012 #12 Posted July 14, 2012 and with bigger wheels and able to suport 1500lbs that would be the factor on that new toy
