Re-assembling the throttle box

The box midway between the carbs and the throttle, how do I put that together right?

Are you referring to the throttle cable or the box on top of the carbs?

I wound my spring on the cruise control one turn and reassembled, now I am wondering if my cruise will work. . .

Thanks, I am missing that page from the paper manual, go figure. So that's what I should be doing with the spring.
