Dashboard use?

Since bar bag cannot be used, any 2nd gen owner ever use the dashboard for small items like eye glasses, cell phones, smokes, gar door opener, toll change, etc? If so pics & description would be appreciated.

I used two sided tape.

............ I drilled and mounted with nuts bolts and covered the heads on the outside with chrome snap caps.....

I don't have a picture of it but, I have a small leather tank bag that has 3 pockets and a cell phone holder. It has magnets that hold it to the tank. Never had a problem with it. In fact I am using the cell phone holder to hold the heat-troller for my gloves and socks. If I can get a good pic of it I will post.

I see a spot to the lower right side that doesn't have anything there. You really should fill that with something!!!

Saw one of these at a local dealer. I will probably be getting one for each bike.

As you can see from the pic I had a $5 walmart fanny pack strpped under the tank. It rashed up the paint a little so I took it off.
