How best to park when towing a trailer

Got this from a member (with his permission) off the GL1800Riders board. Thought it was a good "guide" for all to consider when parking your scoot in a parking lot with the trailer hooked up for safety.

I just don't park and when I do I use B2 Dads parking break that he gave me. Works great
