Cannot seem to stay signed in

Even though I keep marking the "remember me" when signing in, something in the system keeps signing me out...even when I am staying on line. I have cleared the cache...any other ideas?

Go into tools, at the top of your browser and check your internet browser settings. maybe something in the settings is doing it.

Which browser are you using?

 

Its probably in your settings. Either cookies are not being set, or they are being cleared after the session, or you have your browser configured for 'do not track' or maybe private browsing is enabled.

 

If you have another browser installed, try that one.
