On IH10 west of Fredricksburg the posted limit is 80mph. The police did not seem to care about anything under about 95. I ran for a couple hours in the low 90's with cars passing me frequently...

I agree. A buddy and I was running at 95 indicated on our GPSs yacking on the cb not paying attention. We got passed by a DPS. He didn't seem to care we was running 15 over. Happened just se of Junction. Love it.
