saddlebum Posted June 4, 2012 Share #3 Posted June 4, 2012 (edited) Its not OEM but these people will make a windshield to fit just about anything, even in a tint if you want. They will even alter the size to what you want. I had two made by them for friends one in a green tint. http://www.paplastics.com/ Edited June 4, 2012 by saddlebum

Flyinfool Posted June 4, 2012 Share #5 Posted June 4, 2012 The OEM shield is no longer available. I called every dealer in the USA that I could find and there are none left in the system to be had. After market is the only option left. At least call F4 Customs, He told me that since the OEM is no longer available, if there was enough interest he would make one. That is the one I want. It is the most scratch and chemical resistant ones available.

Power Trippin Posted June 4, 2012 Share #8 Posted June 4, 2012 Dennis kirk has windshields for the 1st gens. My neighbor got one, it is an aftermarket, it is 1 1/2" taller than the stock one. I tried it on mine and the buffeting of the helmet was better than the stock w/s. I think it went for $85.00. I think the brand was slipstream. Yamamike Posted June 6, 2012 Author Share #15 Posted June 6, 2012 Didn't think it was that bad actually. Very happy with it. Oh wait...I thought you meant $104.00 for the shipping cost alone...DOH! That is quite reasonable.
Trader Posted June 6, 2012 Share #16 Posted June 6, 2012 if they sent it via UPS or FedEx it might have been that much. I specifically requested they send it by USPS to avoid the rediculous brokerage charges.
