Interesting. I can't post either. Checked the thread introducing the setup. There was to be a form to fill out that would automatically populate the restaurant review in the correct state. Don't see where this form is available. If it is hidden somewhere, perhaps it should be stickied to the top of the restaurant review section.

Go to forums, scroll down to Member Restaurant Reviews. There is a link for the form right under the forum header. 'Click here to submit your favorite Restaurant'. Click the link and it takes you to the form.
