1st Gen Handle Bar Setting ?

Per the attached picture what is your handle bar spacing distance.

 

That is at near the top which is the widest distance between handle bar opening around the nut that keeps the handle bar on. .

 

Is it 11 3/8; or 12 1/8; or 13 1/8 inches. There can be other settings but I think these 3 are the most common.

 

Working on a slight different design that will accomodiate various settings.
