08 RSV value?

Stopped in the local Yammie shop yesterday to check on something and just happened to see an 08 Venture sitting amoung the other bikes. I thought it might be new until I got closer and saw it was an 08 with 23,000 miles on it. It was priced at $12,999 and I was just curious if that was a good price and if anyone might be interested.

I know there was a 09 with around 7k mile on it for 11500 and it came with a trailer on facebook..

I paid 13.5 for our 08' with 10K miles, last fall and it came with a Hannigan trike kit installed. So to answer your question, yes, that is priced too high.

Hmmm, only gave $9500 for 3536 miles last weekend, gave $9k for 4500 miles last year, both 08's.....

As already stated, Its high. At a dealership so its likely priced so they can make you feel good about your trade-in. Some motorcycle shops price and operate the same way as car dealers.
