Hi Low Light switch

Hi everyone,still got the light problem but have narrowed it to the switch.Anyone know of a good place to get one or anyone have one lying around that they would be willing to sell.I checked Bike bandit and you have to buy the whole left hand switch assembly for over 200.00!!!! OOuch!!!

Did you check to see if Pinwall Cycle has one? Or a complete switch housing?

Have you looked to see what went bad? I cant imagine there is much involved in the high/low deal more than a slider to make contact. Maybe corrosion? For the $255 they want I think I'd be looking at a mini toggle switch from radio shack install.

Did you take it apart,,,, I would think you could probably clean and adjust.

I have taken mine apart to polish the switch housings. What a b**** to put back together. I ended up buying a late model low mileage set of chrome switches from Pinwall for around 69 bucks. They also had single side switches for around 40 bucks. Easier to replace the whole switch with one from Pinwall. Later model, the better. Less wear on it.
