I bought a new laptop and when I go to a thread here it is soooo wide I have to scroll left and right to read it.Never had that problem with my other laptop.I have a COMPAQ Presario CQ 57.I hate having to do that everytime I read a thread.

Video settings maybe? Or your default font size?

I have a CQ56 and the only time mine does this is like on Birthday threads where there are a lot of icons showing. You might be able to change the resolution.

It's fixed now.Have no idea what I did,just playing around,but it works just fine now.

Good for you. This makes it much better when you are looking at certain........uh.........pictures and you don't have to go from one end to the other to see everything.

It's fixed now.Have no idea what I did,just playing around,but it works just fine now.

 

"Ctrl" + "mouse scroll" will zoom in and out. And very easy to accomplish by mistake

if using the built in mouse feature of the laptop.
