Guest scarylarry Posted April 29, 2012 #1 Posted April 29, 2012 Better than McD's hot coffee lawsuit http://now.msn.com/now/0428-bmw-lasting-erection.aspx
Scooter Bob Posted April 29, 2012 #2 Posted April 29, 2012 Did the beamer come from the factory with the "Custom Pacific Corbin" seat. Or were they chosen because they have deeper pockets than Corbin. What is this world coming to.
mini-muffin Posted April 29, 2012 #3 Posted April 29, 2012 A woman just won a lawsuit against the makers of Nutella because it isn't a healthy breakfast food. Imagine that chocolate isn't healthier then fruit. I guess reading labels is just too time consuming. Not sure this guy can win unless there's a bunch of guys with a similar problem. Margaret
Freebird Posted April 29, 2012 #4 Posted April 29, 2012 WHAT....a lasting......uh....do they make that seat for the RSV?
Snaggletooth Posted April 29, 2012 #5 Posted April 29, 2012 I got so much to say on this but I'll leave that up to every commedian that is going to pick up on this. I'd get in trouble...... again,
Snaggletooth Posted April 29, 2012 #6 Posted April 29, 2012 I just checked with the local BMW dealer and test rides are booked into 2014.
Snaggletooth Posted April 29, 2012 #7 Posted April 29, 2012 BMW has annouced they are erecting a new sales platform.
Snaggletooth Posted April 29, 2012 #8 Posted April 29, 2012 BMW meets and exceeds new rigid riding enjoyment expectations.
Snaggletooth Posted April 29, 2012 #9 Posted April 29, 2012 New BMW sales pitch..... "Let riding excitement lead the way"
Snaggletooth Posted April 29, 2012 #10 Posted April 29, 2012 BMW sales explode as riders come to grip with new riding experience.
KIC Posted April 29, 2012 #11 Posted April 29, 2012 BMW disclaimer: if your riding excitement exceeds 4 hours see your doctor and buy a Harley Davidson.
Guest scarylarry Posted April 29, 2012 #12 Posted April 29, 2012 Problem is there will be a real court with real taxpayer money paying for this, on the otherside this will replace the hot coffee spill jokes from McD's
midnightventure Posted April 29, 2012 #14 Posted April 29, 2012 I am pretty sure the original seat on my DR650 would have done serious damage if I ever rode it 4 hours before I replaced it. On another note when I saw the headline I figured BMW was getting sued because of all the low mileage fork failures they have had with serious accidents resulting.
Guest scarylarry Posted April 29, 2012 #15 Posted April 29, 2012 I am pretty sure the original seat on my DR650 would have done serious damage if I ever rode it 4 hours before I replaced it. That is the case with 99% of all bikes...
DragonRider Posted April 29, 2012 #16 Posted April 29, 2012 Give the gift that keeps on giving...............at least to the male riders...........:cool10:.
reddevilmedic Posted April 29, 2012 #17 Posted April 29, 2012 no lawsuit there.....he'll get stiffed!
djh3 Posted April 30, 2012 #18 Posted April 30, 2012 So if my Doc writes me a script for a new bike with one of these seats do ya think my HMO will pay for it?
KIC Posted April 30, 2012 #19 Posted April 30, 2012 (edited) this is a sticky situation that will erect all types of lawsuits against manufacturers. It will really screw up and sucks the legal system dry. It's not hard to see that this is a bare bottom attempt to beat some money out of a deep pocket. why do I think this thread will never end. Yamamike Posted April 30, 2012 #20 Posted April 30, 2012 I got so much to say on this but I'll leave that up to every commedian that is going to pick up on this. I'd get in trouble...... again, Changed your mind huh...
