Its finally over.....

My civic duty is over, I don't know how long this scumbag will get, but after talking to the ADA after the trial, he could get anywhere from 1 to 20 years on each count. We found him guilty of all 8 counts. I hope he serves them consecutively and not concurrently, that would put him away for a long time. I am proud of what we did, but I am sick at what he did, I think I need a little more than cycle-therapy to help me get over this. I won't go into detail here of what he did, but if you want to pm me I will tell you. This was not an easy slam dunk, we were hung a couple of times on several of the counts but the Judge and the ADA did an excellent job of helping us get through this. The judge even came back to the juror room after the trial and personally thanked us and asked us for suggestions to make thing easier for future jurors, and the ADA found us in the clerks office and also thanked us and talked with us, that's when we found out what he was in store for.

Thanks for doing your duty. There's some sick perverted people out there, but now, in part thanks to you, one of them will be out of circulation for a while. Thanks Again!

Good job Lew. I almost have no doubt this was a Chester from the way you talked?? Chester is Prison Slang for Child Molester. There are too many of them living easy on our taxes. Not just the Chesters but a lot of them. the belief that they are good old boys that just got mixed up don't go far. I will probally catch it for this but if I felt sorrow for any it would be some of the murders. Anyone is capable of killing. Drug crimes I don't feel they get enough. Theives get what they ask for. I'll quit before I get started.

Good job Dragonrider. I once set on a grand jury. After hearing what went on in the county I went out and got my wife a over due cell phone. People that hurt others dont deserve a break.
