Rear Wheel - Help?

Finally got the rear tire mounted and wheel back on, but to what I think is to much

gear noise. Not enough grease or did I put something back wrong?

Little help please?

Maybe to much grease.

Are you sure the left axle bearing inner sleeve is in place? They have been known to come out during tire installation.

I'm concerned I'm not seeing the diagram properly a sleeve about 3" long with about 3/4" smaller outside diameter on one end fell out and I'm concerned I put the wrong end in. It was covered with grease and fit over the inner gear. The diagram has left me feeling not real good. On the other hand maybe I didn't put enough grease on the gears, but I doubt that.
