Just wanted to say hello. Sold my Honda VTX and now have a 2001 RSV. Has about 66,000 miles with no real maintenence done to it so I'll be picking some brains on here. Sure glad to find a friendly group for this bike.

Welcome to the site. You sure picked the right place. Good bunch of helpful people here. A few jokers to, as you will soon find out. Search the threads and if you have any questions just make yourself at home and ask away to any of us.

Thanks everyone. I have been digging thru the tech sections and I know I need to flush coolant and brake fluids. Also need to adjust valves, carb floats, and sync the carbs. About the only thing he did is change oil. I'm no stranger to wrenches so it's just a matter of time and the ever elusive patience when I'd rather be riding it.

Welcome aboard. Pick our brains?? Hmmm, better than picking our noses...

In all seriousness, please feel free to ask away, the only stupid question is the one that wasn't asked!

Happy to see new blood on the site. You will learn much from the site and meet lots of members on site and at events. There are a couple of members to watch out for, but I can't think of them right now.

:yikes: Ok, that just ain't right. Your going to scare the poor guy. Your suppose to wait at least a couple weeks before you pull out the brain eating spoon. Now get back to your rubber room. Who let you out anyway. Anyone know where the straight jacket is.:rotfl:

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Glad to see no one takes themselves to seriously here. Don't see too many Ventures around this area so I'm glad to find all this knowledge here. I'm just never happy with someone else doing my wrenching.
