You can copy the two images into Paintbrush and save the composite as a JPEG file.

Let me expand this question/topic if I may.....How do I add maps for Europe and Australia to the US/Can/Mex maps? I did not find any on that link.

Sorry, but I haven't seen these maps for anywhere except the USA, Canada and Mexico.

I did a search and did find resources for creating maps for other countries. You would have to resize them, combine them into one image, etc. and make then fit.

Cool, we can do the whole world as one image and crop it as desired.

Leo - where did you get your map from ? Did you take the two and combine them or is it one image for all of N. America?

 

It is one image of the world that I cropped. Use:

to create a world map. Take a screen snapshot. Paste snapshot into Paint. Save Paint file as a JPEG file. Edit JPEG file by cropping image until you get what you want.
