My son did a walk on on the NC State football team back in 2000, didnt have anything red, so I ordered a 2000 Jeep Wrangler; had it ever since and love it (except for the gas mileage).

Wife drives a 2001 tj wrangler. Boy off in college drives the old 96 cherokee 2 dr sport with over 200000 on her. The jeeps are tried and true but i hate the ride and storrage area in the little tj and the ride is just like a go kart. I would never own one of those little wranglers again.:no-no-no:

The newer JK's are still a bit stiff (as an off-road vehicle should) but drive & ride much better than the older ones...

We have been a Jeep family since '91. I broke my '88 YJ, which is still in the back yard. I'm hoping to rebuilding it. Leslie has a '08 Grand Cherokee with the V6 diesel. it is the best Jeep we've ever had!

Not a current owner but I've had a 75cj5 v8, 76 cj7 v8, 88 cherokee, 90 wrangler. 08 wrangler. I like jeeps but they are not built for big boys.
