Black and chrome of course. Painted 3 piece hard top and soft top to boot. I didnt know you can now load these things down like a caddy

Skid Posted April 5, 2012 Author #5 Posted April 5, 2012 Eddie, I knew if you had it, it had to be black. You can add all the options you want anymore. I was just curious how many other VentureRider had Jeeps. Wrangler in Crush color....
67mini67 Posted April 6, 2012 #6 Posted April 6, 2012 I have an 04 Grand Cherokee Overland edition with the 4.7LHO. I have been extremely pleased with the jeep and the performance. I tow a 3326 Trailmanor travel trailer with no issues.

Skid Posted April 6, 2012 Author #11 Posted April 6, 2012 I wish Jeep still had the 4.0L inline six, but now it's a V-6.
ragtop69gs Posted April 6, 2012 #12 Posted April 6, 2012 I wish Jeep still had the 4.0L inline six, but now it's a V-6. I agree, the 4.0 had great torque and longevity. The jury is still out on the 3.7L
adventurer 08 Posted April 6, 2012 #13 Posted April 6, 2012 We drive a 07 Wrangler X 4 door. Great vehicle, can take you anywhere.

Skid Posted April 6, 2012 Author #16 Posted April 6, 2012 Used to push snow with a '79 CJ7 3 speed with a "little" 304 V8, 4 bbl, headers and loud mufflers! Lotta power!! That's sounds like it would be a lot of fun.
Dano Posted April 6, 2012 #17 Posted April 6, 2012 Lotta fun, but a bbbiiittt chilly heading there and back! Had the soft top on it, let in a LOT of cold air!

MikeZ06Allen Posted April 6, 2012 #21 Posted April 6, 2012 We have an 06 Commander with the 5.7L Hemi. Great vehicle; only thing we have had to do is minor repairs and regular maintenance. Although, I do have one complaint; too small of a gas tank
Eddie Posted April 6, 2012 #22 Posted April 6, 2012 Eddie, I knew if you had it, it had to be black. You can add all the options you want anymore. I was just curious how many other VentureRider had Jeeps. Wrangler in Crush color.... Here's mine, I like that Orange Skid.
Eddie Posted April 6, 2012 #23 Posted April 6, 2012 I wish Jeep still had the 4.0L inline six, but now it's a V-6. with 285 hp. we have 631 miles now and are getting 21 mpg. Thats pretty good compared to the 4.0.
Freebird Posted April 6, 2012 #24 Posted April 6, 2012 I don't have one now but have had several over the years. The last was a Grand Cherokee but I've had a couple of others also, including a CJ5 and a CJ7. I added a lot of extras to the CJ7. It came with a factory hard top but I added a cloth top along with an 8000 lb. warn winch and a good bit of chrome. Seldom used the hard or soft top in the summers. Mostly just the bikini top as shown here.
