If you are in a hurry ... The cover does little more than hold a gasket in place and you could do a temporary repair with JB Weld. It's not under pressure, it's just a cap for a reservoir. In the meantime you really need to order a new cover, or source a decent second hand one. If I read that wrong and the actual reservoir is broken, then you need to replace it rather than try a repair. just my 2c Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PBJ Posted April 4, 2012 Share #3 Posted April 4, 2012 Jayceefolly broke two of those. he said its best to brace the "neck" with an adjustable crescent as you easy the cap lose.
