Plugs

What are these plugs called? The one the arrows are pointing to. Both of mine are cracked and I need to replace them. Can't find the number on them so I can order some. The plug on the right.

 

Thanks and isn't the weather wonderful here in the state of Michigan. Suppose to be in the 80"s today.

I bought mine from an auto parts store real cheap they called them vacum caps

 

Yamaha P/N is PLUG,BLIND ,(5MT6) 1148148

Be careful with those, and check them often.

 

The tend to crack very quickly on the curved part of the cap.

I would spring for the OE ones myself. Yours are cracking at the 8 year mark. $6.00 every 8 years is not too bad.

You should check them at least every time you do a carb sync, which should be at least once a year!

the hose on the left is a vacume line. it's usually long enought that it can be cut off a little to get past the crack / split before having to replace the whole hose.
